About XeraKRT
XeraKRT helps biomedical researchers generate Key Resource Tables (KRT) from their manuscripts, meeting journal requirements and improving research reproducibility.
Our Mission
Key Resource Tables (KRTs) are essential for research reproducibility, documenting the critical resources used in scientific studies. However, creating comprehensive KRTs manually is time-consuming and error-prone. XeraKRT automates this process using AI, helping researchers identify antibodies, cell lines, datasets, software, and other resources from their manuscripts.
By suggesting Research Resource Identifiers (RRIDs) and validating resource information, XeraKRT helps ensure that research resources are properly documented and traceable, contributing to the broader goal of open and reproducible science.
